Adult CPR and AED - (To Be Scheduled)

When a person experiences Sudden Cardiac Arrest, the first 4-8 minutes are the most critical for staring effective treatment. Participants in this course will learn techniques for providing Basic Life Support, including victim assessment, airway management, andone-person Adult CPR. Use of an Automated External Defibrillator is also covered.
Participants who successfully complete this course will receive industry standard certification from the National Safety Council. Certification will be valid for two years. Class size is limited to 12 students.
COURSE MATERIALS - Students will each receive CPR and AED manual from the National Safety Council.PREREQUISITES Participants must be age 16 or older.
