Code of Conduct

Integrity means doing what is right. By acting with integrity, we reflect positively on the values and reputation of what we stand for and in what is expected by association.

We all want to do what is right, for ourselves and for our customers. Our Code is intended to represent the responsibilities that we have to our members and customers, suppliers, schools, governments, to ourselves and to each other as well as to the environment in which we all live. We all must use common sense, act with integrity and honesty in all matters, and be accountable for our actions.

What Is Expected

We must always comply with the law wherever we are, use good judgement and avoid the appearance of improper behavior. Additionally, we should consider our actions and ask for guidance when in doubt.

Ask ourselves:

..... Is this consistent with what is right?

..... Is this ethical and legal?

..... Will this reflect well on me and or those that are with me?

..... Would I want to read about this in the newspaper?

If the answer is “No” to any of these questions, then don’t do it
